ionarethvia provides financial planning consultations through a monthly subscription model priced at $250 AUD per month including GST. Our service includes personalised consultations, strategic planning discussions, and ongoing advisory support.

Services are provided subject to advisor availability and may be delivered via phone, video conference, or in-person meetings as mutually agreed.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• • Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or account information
• • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• • Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information
• • Take responsibility for implementing any strategies discussed during consultations

Payment Terms and Conditions

Subscription fees of $250 AUD per month are payable in advance via direct debit or credit card. All fees include GST and are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your subscription commencement date. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods, except where required by law or in cases of service failure on our part.

Subscription Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms or inappropriate conduct.

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, though you remain liable for any outstanding fees. Client records will be retained according to our retention policy.

Service Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from our consultations.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you for any damages arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ionarethvia Financial Planning from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of our services, or violation of applicable laws.
